Refunds
As our products contain fresh and perishable food, sadly we do not offer any returns or exchanges if you change your mind after the deadline of the Monday before your delivery day.

Order changes / cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order please email the team on info@elitebistros.com as soon as possible.

Orders are non-refundable from the Monday before your selected delivery day.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately the box was missing ingredients, the box was damaged or the box did not arrive, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will offer an appropriate refund as long as it can be shown that the box you were charged for was not supplied as it should have been.
